UFC women’s strawweight contender Tecia Torres posted an emotional video tribute to her girlfriend, UFC women’s bantamweight contender Raquel Pennington, on her Instagram on Wednesday.
“I love you so much Raquel and I’m super excited to officially move into our beautiful new home,” Torres wrote on her Instagram. “Thank you for being you and showing me a world of love, friendship, and adventure.”
Torres and Pennington have a strong claim to being the best power couple in the sport of MMA.
Torres is among the top 10 in the UFC women’s strawweight division. Her career is highlighted by wins over Paige VanZant, Rose Namajunas, Felice Herrig, Angela Hill, and Bec Rawlings.
Pennington is one of the top contenders to the UFC Women’s Bantamweight Championship. She is currently coming off a decision win over former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Miesha Tate. She also has notable wins over Bethe Correia and Jessica Andrade.
