Former UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez has been out of the game for a while. The former champion suffered a back injury that has forced the fighter to take some time off from mixed martial arts. Now, it would appear that the fighter may be spending some time in the gym.
Over Facebook, former UFC middleweight champion and fellow American Kickboxing Academy member Luke Rockhold stated “Good work week with the boys @dc_mma @officialcainvelasquez @kylecrutchmer.”
In the post, Cain Velasquez can be seen in the gym alongside his teammates. The details of Velasquez’s experience in the gym are still unclear.
