Conor McGregor’s New Team Of Sparring Partners Revealed

Recently, UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor has been very active on social media showing his success while sparring.

McGregor is currently training to make his professional boxing debut. The UFC champion is scheduled to fight boxing icon Floyd “Money” Mayweather in a 12-round bout that will be contested at 154 pounds.

BloodyElbow recently revealed the identities of the men McGregor has been sparring with.

Among the fighters, McGregor has been sparring with is Tiernan Bradley, who in 2015 was a silver medalist in the Commonwealth Youth Games.

“I hope I can bring that amateur style to the camp and to Conor’s preparations. Professionals tend to be a bit more flat-footed, whereas I would tend to try and be on my toes a bit more,” Bradley told the Irish News. “Obviously I’m not saying I’m like Mayweather, but hopefully I can bring some qualities that are similar to Mayweather.”

Dashon Johnson is another fighter who has been seen sparring with McGregor.

Johnson is a former MMA fighter who earned a professional record of 9-2. He left the sport in 2014 after losing his first two, and only, UFC fights.

Johnson is also a professional boxer. He holds a record of 22-21-3 and has managed to win regional boxing titles.

Jay Byrne is the last fighter McGregor has posted photos of himself sparring against.

Bryne is a soccer player who later turned into a professional boxer. He currently holds a record of 5-2 in the sport.

In the photos below, you can see McGregor train with all of his sparring partners.
