Floyd Just Held A Media Workout, Looked Slow And Old Ahead Of McGregor Fight

Floyd “Money” Mayweather recently held an open workout ahead of his upcoming fight against UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor.

Mayweather’s age is definitely beginning to show. At 40 years old, Mayweather seemed to be slower while completing his workouts.

Mayweather’s open workout, which can be watched below, did not feature any sparring, so we’ll have to wait and see if his older age and time away from the sport will have an impact on his skills.

After two years away from the sport, Mayweather is coming out of retirement to fight the UFC champion. He will fight for the 50th time in his illustrious career, while McGregor will be making his professional boxing debut. Mayweather has been perfect in his boxing career and holds a record of 49-0.

Mayweather vs. McGregor will take place Saturday, August 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
