UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor is once again trash talking Floyd “Money” Mayweather.
On Monday, McGregor shared a photo of Mayweather on his social media.
“Man, much respect to Floyd Senior still getting a few rounds in at the gym. I hope I can still train at that age. Respect,” McGregor said mocking Mayweather.
It appears that a boxing match between McGregor and Mayweather is now set to take place. Not only are there reports of both fighters agreeing to the match, but it appears it may be happening sooner than expected.
Mayweather’s team requested the date of Aug. 26. The fight is expected to take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
This will be McGregor first professional boxing match. If Mayweather comes out of retirement and fights McGregor, it will be his 50th professional boxing match. He is currently undefeated with 49 wins.
