The Ultimate Fighting Championship’s (UFC) octagon girls Carly Baker and Kristie Pearson have elected to help UFC’s Ricky Manetta demonstrate some self-defense techniques.

Ricky Manetta is a head-coordinator for logistics and security during international events for the mixed martial arts promotion. The UFC employee has also formed a system he calls “MMA Krav Maga.”

In the video below, Ricky Manetta can be seen demonstrating some of his self-defense techniques with the aid of Carly Baker and Kristie Pearson.
