On Thursday, Bellator MMA hosted a press conference featuring all of the fighters competing at their upcoming pay-per-view event Bellator: NYC.
After the press conference, all 10 fighters competing at the event went face-to-face for the media. All of the staredowns can be seen in the video above.
The event will be headlined by longtime rivals Chael Sonnen and Wanderlei Silva, and to no one’s surprise, things got physical when the two squared off. Silva shoved Sonnen and security quickly intervened and separated the two rivals.
Heavyweight legend Fedor Emelianenko will make his Bellator debut in the co-main event. He is scheduled to fight heavyweight contender Matt Mitrione.
Aaron Pico will also make his MMA debut inside the Bellator cage. He is scheduled to fight Zach Freeman in a lightweight fight.
Two title fights will take place at Bellator: NYC. Bellator Lightweight Champion Michael Chandler will defend his title against Brent Primus. Bellator Welterweight Champion Douglas Lima will defend his championship against Lorenz Larkin.
Bellator: NYC will take place at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
