Team Mayweather Voices Their Concern For Conor’s Size, Age, And Punching Power

The team of Floyd “Money” Mayweather has some concerns about his upcoming boxing match against UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor.

One of the big worries for Mayweather’s team is McGregor’s size and power. Even though he doesn’t have any professional boxing experience, he has knocked out some of the best MMA fighters in the world

Leonard Ellerbe, CEO of Mayweather Promotions, recently talked about some of the issues McGregor bring into this fight.

“A guy with that kind of power, he can nick you and you’ll be buzzed. There’s been a few times in fights in Floyd’s career that he might have been buzzed in a fight, but nobody never knew. And there’s been a couple times he’s been buzzed in a fight. So one thing about Conor McGregor we do know is that you have to pay him very, very close attention because when he touches people, they fall out.”

Mayweather vs. McGregor is scheduled to take place on Aug. 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
