Former Ultimate Fighting Championship competitor and mixed martial arts veteran Tim Hague has passed away at the age of 34. The fighter faced off against Adam Braidwood in a boxing match on Friday night. After suffering a knockout loss, Hague was rushed to an intensive care unit for medical attention. The fighter suffered serious brain injuries.
It has since been reported that Tim Hagues has tragically passed away. The fighter’s sister, Jackie Neil, has provided a statement on his passing by way of Facebook.
“It is with incredible sadness, sorrow and heartbreak to report that Tim has passed away today. He was surrounded by family, listening to his favourite songs. We will miss him with so greatly.” Neil stated.
