UFC and Strikeforce veteran Adlan Amagov was involved in a shootout in Russia that left two people dead and others wounded.
According to a report, Amagov also stabbed fellow MMA fighter Timur Baysurov in the chest.
Amagov last fought in the UFC back in 2013. He is unbeaten in the promotion with two wins. He temporarily retired from the sport due to wanting to spend more time with his kids.
His last UFC fight was a knockout win over TJ Waldburger in Oct. 2013. He also has a decision win over Chris Spang in the promotion.
Before joining the UFC, Amagov competed in Strikeforce. He most notably fought former UFC Welterweight Champion Robbie Lawler in 2012. Lawler defeated Amagov by TKO.
In 2016, Amagov returned to MMA and fought for a local promotion where he picked up a submission win. Overall, Amagov has an impressive record of 14-2-1 with over half of his wins coming by knockout or TKO.
