The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) hosted a mixed martial arts event for the Chesapeake Energy Arena on Sunday night. UFC Fight Night 112 went down on June 25 in Oklahoma City, Okla. During the night, former UFC welterweight champion Johny “Bigg Rigg” Hendricks faced off against mixed martial arts veteran Tim Boetsch.
Johny Hendricks suffered a second round TKO loss to his opponent. However, Hendricks’ problems began at the scales.
For the fourth time in his career, Johny Hendricks missed weight for a mixed martial arts competition. This time, the fighter was overweight by three pounds.
