Another McGregor Sparring Partner Talks: ‘Unorthodox movement a MAJOR plus on his side’

Another sparring partner of UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor has come out and discussed his boxing abilities.

Next month, McGregor will make his professional boxing debut. He is scheduled to fight Floyd “Money” Mayweather in a 12-round bout that will be contested at 154 pounds.

To prepare for Mayweather, McGregor brought in boxing prospect Louis Adolphe, who is similar in size to Mayweather.

“I was shocked when I got in there. I was surprised,” Adolphe said about boxing with McGregor. “I was surprised with a lot of things. His skills. His heavy hands. I was even quite surprised with his speed, his movement, amazing movement. The movement is fantastic.”

Adolphe went on to say that McGregor’s unorthodox boxing style is a “major plus” when it comes to him fighting Mayweather.

Mayweather vs. McGregor will take place Saturday, August 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The fight will be broadcast live via Showtime pay-per-view.
