Rumors are beginning to spread about former UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar returning to the Octagon.
Apparently, Lesnar had a meeting at UFC Headquarters in Las Vegas earlier this month during International Fight Week.
This month marks the end of Lesnar’s suspension from the sport of MMA. Last July, at UFC 200, Lesnar returned to the UFC to fight heavyweight contender Mark Hunt.
Lesnar went on to win a decision. However, the fight was overturned as a no-contest after Lesnar tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs. Due to the failed drug test, Lesnar received a one-year suspension.
If Lesnar returns to the UFC, it will likely be later this year. In November, the UFC is returning to Madison Square Garden in New York City. Obviously, the UFC will do whatever they can to stack the card inside the world’s most famous arena.
Lesnar is currently under contract with the WWE and is one of their champions. While usually this would be a problem, the WWE has already let Lesnar fight for the UFC in the past.
Paul Heyman and Brock were at the UFC HQ during IFW. Had a meeting with the UFC brass. Brock's return is eminent. Most likely at MSG on Nov4

The Nov 4 date was obviously speculation. Brock hasn't been tested by USADA in 2017 so far that I know. But his return is eminent. https://t.co/KTCejStiJO

Brock still has yet to be tested in 2017 by USADA. You would think that rules out November, but he could possibly get another exemption https://t.co/3S71gt6DXl
