UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor took no time at all to start trash talking Floyd “Money” Mayweather during Tuesday’s press conference.
At the Staples Center in Los Angeles, McGregor and Mayweather met face-to-face for the first time.
During the press conference, McGregor was the first fighter to make his way to the microphone. McGregor immediately started mocking Mayweather who was sitting right beside him.
“He’s in an (expletive) tracksuit. He can’t even afford a suite anymore,” McGregor said mocking the legendary boxer.
“The Rolls Royces are 2012’s outside. He’ is (expletive)! His little legs his little core his little head. I’m going to knock him out inside four rounds mark my words.”
McGregor seemed very confident going into his professional boxing debut. Mayweather will be putting his perfect record of 49-0 when he steps into the ring with the UFC champion.
On Aug. 26, Mayweather and McGregor will fight in a 12-round boxing match that will be contested at 154 pounds. The fight will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
