Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight champion Jon “Bones” Jones returned to the octagon Saturday night. UFC 214 took place on July 29, with Jon Jones facing off against reigning champion and serious rival Daniel Cormier. In the end, Jon Jones earned a third round knockout victory over his opponent. However, the returning UFC light heavyweight champion made an interesting call out following his title earning victory.

After defeating Daniel Cormier, Jon “Bones” Jones called out former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar. Now, the UFC president has given his thoughts on the call out.

In an interview with UFC’s Megan Olivi, UFC President Dana White stated “Yeah, it’s interesting. I haven’t talked to Brock, but apparently Brock did say he wanted to fight Jon Jones. Jon Jones just said he wants to fight Brock Lesnar, so we’ll see what happens.”
