Things got intense during Saturday’s UFC on FOX broadcast.
During the UFC’s event in New York, UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Daniel Cormier and former champion Jon Jones did a live interview via satellite.
Cormier and Jones were interviewed by former UFC fighter and current commentator Brian Stann. Both rivals were able to speak to each other just one week before they meet inside the Octagon.
Even though they were live on FOX, Jones cussed out his upcoming opponent. Cormier responded by mocking Jones actions and saying he is ready for their upcoming fight.
At the end of the interview, Cormier and Jones were asked if there was a chance of them ending their rivalry after their fight. Jones responded by saying “(expletive D.C), while Cormier said he never wants to be Jones’ friend but he respects his skills inside the cage.

Cormier will defend his title against Jones in the main event of UFC 214 on July 29 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
