The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) made a first time visit to Long Island, New York last night for UFC on FOX 25. In the night’s main event, former UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman faced off against Kelvin Gastelum. However, it was Chris Weidman’s father who stole the spotlight.
Chris Weidman pulled himself out of a three fight losing streak last night. The fighter earned a submission victory over Kelvin Gastelum in the third round of the night’s main event.
Following the former champion’s octagon performance, Weidman’s father joined his son inside the cage for a quick victory display. Luckily, UFC’s cameras caught the whole thing.
