Shirtless Gastelum Emerges Just Days From Weidman Scrap … And He’s In Great Shape

UFC middleweight contender Kelvin Gastelum looks to be in great shape going into his next fight.

On Saturday, Gastelum will fight former UFC Middleweight Champion Chris Weidman in the main event of a UFC on FOX card.

Gastelum may be in the best shape of his career going into the biggest fight of his career.

Gastelum has been perfect in the middleweight division. Gastelum has middleweight wins in the UFC against Uriah Hall, Nate Marquardt, and Tim Kennedy.

In his last fight, back in March, Gastelum defeated Vitor Belfort by TKO. However, the fight was later overturned into a no-contest after Gastelum tested positive for marijuana use.

Gastelum’s upcoming opponent, Weidman, is on a three-fight losing streak. Since losing his UFC title to Luke Rockhold in 2015, Weidman has gone on to lose fights to Yoel Romero and Gegard Mousasi. These were the first losses of his career, and all of them came by knockout or TKO.
