Boxing World Champ Endorses McGregor ‘If Any UFC Fighter Can Beat Floyd, Conor Can’

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion Conor “Notorious” McGregor is making his final preparations to square off with boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr. The two are set to face off for one of the year’s most highly anticipated cross-promotional match ups of the year. As a result, the boxing community and the mixed martial arts world have been clashing over the legitimacy of the match up. However, it would appear that one of boxing’s champions has sided with McGregor.

Boxing phenom Andre Berto recently appeared on The MMA Hour to give his thoughts on the incipient match up. Berto believes Conor McGregor has as good a chance as any other UFC competitor.
