UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor faces off against undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. on Aug. 26. With the fight only weeks away, the final preparations are being made for the highly anticipated cross-promotional match up. Among them, it would appear that a request has been made involving the judges for the night.
In an interview with Sky Sports, NAC chief Bob Bennett explained that Conor McGregor’s fighting camp would like an international judge.
“The McGregor camp has requested an international judge. We will see if we think that’s fair, and we will take it into consideration.
“We try to be flexible and adaptable. We’re customer service orientated.” He said.
Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather Jr. will face off on Aug. 26 inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
