Former UFC Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo recently got into a heated slugfest during a sparring session.
While sparring with Mickey Garcia this past weekend, Aldo showed off his impressive skills inside the ring. Both fighters traded blows back and forth throughout their sparring session.

During a recent interview, Aldo’s coach, Andre Pederneiras, revealed that Aldo has intentions of competing in boxing. Pederneiras says Aldo wants to finish his UFC contract then focus on making his professional boxing debut.
In his last fight, Aldo lost his UFC title to Max Holloway at UFC 212 back in June.
Recently, Aldo has shown interest in fight featherweight contender Cub Swanson. Before he is finished in the UFC, Pederneiras says Aldo wants to regain his featherweight title.
