Floyd “Money” Mayweather’s camp has broken their silence about rumors of Mayweather getting knocked out by Zab Judah in sparring.
Former boxing champion Jeff Mayweather, Floyd’s uncle, says the rumors of Mayweather getting knocked out while training aren’t true.
“It would be a cause for concern if it was (expletive) true, but how can it be cause for concern when Zab Judah isn’t even in camp,” Mayweather said. “He’s not even in camp with Floyd at all.”
During his interview, Jeff Mayweather was accused of not telling the truth about the knockout rumor because he is related to Floyd Mayweather.
“I’m wondering. Zab lives in Chicago. Floyd is sparring in Vegas. Zab must have a long (expletive) reach if he can knock someone out from Chicago,” Jeff Mayweather said.
Floyd Mayweather will come out of retirement, after being away from the sport for two years, in his next fight. He is scheduled to fight UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor on Aug. 26 in Las Vegas.
