Teammate: ‘Tyron Woodley Has More Skeletons In His Closet Than War Machine’

One of UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley’s former teammates says the UFC champion has a lot of skeleton in his closet.

Recently, UFC welterweight Colby Covington threatened to reveal some of Woodley’s secrets if Woodley leaked information out about UFC President Dana White and the UFC.

Woodley was upset with White after he made negative remarks about Woodley’s last title defense.

“All this hate.. But why? It’s not my fault (Tyron Woodley) has more skeletons in his closet than (War Machine),” Covington wrote on Twitter.

Back in June, War Machine, also known as Jonathan Koppenhaver, was sentenced to life in prison for attempted murder.

Covington has been campaigning for a potential title shot against Woodley. Covington is ranked No. 8 in the official UFC welterweight rankings. He is currently coming off a decision win over Dong Hyun Kim back in June.

Last month, at UFC 214, Woodley defended his title for the third time when he won a decision against Demian Maia.
