It’s going down.
Just moments ago on the UFC’s official FOX program on FS1, show host Michael Bisping announced the official date and venue and opponent for his upcoming fight.
As we expected, the UFC will put GSP opposite Bisping for the middleweight world title.
The two will serve in the night’s main event.
While no other bouts have been announced for the fight card, UFC 217 is set to go down on November 4th from New York’s Madison Square Garden. The night’s main card will air live on pay-per-view.
Bisping last saw action in his win over UFC and MMA legend Dan Henderson. GSP has been out of action for several years. His controversial win over JOhny Hendricks was the last fight fans saw him compete.
