Uriah Hall looks to be in great shape going into his next fight.
Recently, Hall was sparring with a bodybuilder at Extreme Couture. The UFC contender went on to dominate his sparring partner with his devastating kicks.

Hall is scheduled to fight fellow middleweight contender Krzysztof Jotko at a UFC Fight Night in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Sept. 16.
Despite being on a three-fight losing streak, Hall is ranked No. 14 in the official UFC middleweight rankings. Hall has not fought since his loss to Gegard Mousasi last November. His losing streak also includes losses to Derek Brunson and Robert Whittaker.
Jotko is currently ranked No. 10 in the UFC middleweight rankings. He is coming off a disappointing decision loss to David Branch.
Branch will headline the UFC Fight Night in Pittsburgh against former UFC Middleweight Champion Luke Rockhold.
