John Kavanagh Makes It Home Safe From Hurricane Irma

John Kavanagh, the head coach of UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor, has made if home safely after being stuck in Florida due to Hurricane Irma.

After McGregor made his professional boxing debut last month, Kavanagh went on a vacation to Florida.

On Wednesday, Kavanagh posted a status saying he finally made it home to Ireland. On his Facebook, Kavanagh wrote a post simply saying “Home” with a smiling face emoji.

The last few weeks have been quite eventful for the MMA coach. Just a few weeks ago, McGregor made his professional boxing debut when he fought Floyd “Money” Mayweather. With Kavanagh in his corner, McGregor was able to shock many of his critics by proving he belonged in the same ring as one of the greatest boxers of all time. However, in the end, McGregor lost the fight by TKO in the 10th round.

In a post to his official facebook, after the long ordeal, Conor’s coach simply put, “Home”.
