UFC commentator Joe Rogan believes there is only one fighter on the UFC roster that former boxing champion Paulie Malignaggi can beat inside the Octagon.
During a recent episode of his podcast, Rogan said that Malignaggi would lose to every fighter in the UFC, except former WWE Champion CM Punk.
“He should shut the (expletive) up because if he wanted to have a UFC fight he can go over there and get his brain kicked in,” Rogan said.
“He’s out of his mind. Stop talking. You’re a boxer. You’re a very good boxer. Just shut your mouth. There’s literally a million people in the world that could grab you and strangle the life out of you and there’s not a goddamn thing you could do about it. He’d probably (expletive) CM Punk up.”
CM Punk left the WWE back in 2014 and then signed a contract with the UFC despite not having fought in an MMA fight. Last September, Punk made his MMA debut at UFC 203 and was submitted in the first round by Mickey Gall.
