It would appear that UFC’s Bec Rawlings has suffered a serious bruise on her face during training for her upcoming octagon performance.
Bec Rawlings is moving up to the 125 pound flyweight division to take on Joanne Calderwood at UFC Fight Night 121, the UFC’s return to Australia. In preparation for her performance, Rawlings has taken time away from her native Australia to train at Alliance MMA in Sandiego, California. The acclaimed training academy was founded by ONE heavyweight champion Brandon Vera and features some of the sport’s top competitors, such as the UFC’s own Cat Zingano.
The last time Bec Rawlings faced off against an opponent in her native country, the fighter earned a unanimous decision victory over Seo Hee Ham. Now it would appear that Rawlings is hard in training, which must be quite intense at Alliance MMA. To see Rawling’s latest battle wound, check out the Facebook post below.
UFC Fight Night 121 goes down Nov. 18 inside the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia.
