During today’s UFC 217 pre-fight media call, Joanna Jedrzejczyk was on the war path.
The champ was constantly interrupting “Thug” Rose Namajunas when she was talking, and insulting her. She repeatedly called the challenger mentally unstable, and other mean things referring to mental illnesses.
In the end, it would come to light that Rose’s own father suffered from severe mental illness before his passing, and she does take those remarks personal and deep.
Rose refused to engage Joanna when being taunted on the topic, but when one reporter asked Rose on a more deep level about Joanna’s comments, she got emotional.
