Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk is gearing up for another tough title defense. Jedrzejczyk has put on a dominant display in the strawweight division, with an undefeated record of 14-0 as a professional fighter. Still, the fighter will be taking on the always dangerous “Thug” Rose Namajunas at UFC 217. Namajunas is riding an impressive submission victory over Michelle “Karate Hottie” Waterson from UFC on FOX 24.
That in mind, Joanna Jedrzejczyk appears to be taking some time to relax before her next title defense. Posting on Instagram, the champion has offered a set of beachside photos from her time on a Florida beach. In the pictures, Jedrzejczyk can be seen showing off the results of her hard training by wearing a bikini.
UFC 217 goes down Nov. 4 and will be featured live on pay-per-view. Inside the Madison Square Garden Arena in New York, Michael Bisping and Georges St-Pierre will battle for the middleweight title for the night’s main event.
