Fight fans flocked to Norfolk, Virginia on Saturday, Nov. 11, for the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s latest fight card. This time, the mixed martial arts promotion hosted UFC Fight Night 120.
The event featured a main event battle between former UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis and Dustin Poirier. The two mixed martial arts warriors put on a brutal and bloody war for the Virginia crowd, ending with Poirier getting a TKO finish over the former champion.
Both Poirier and Pettis received some serious damage to their faces during the fight from vicious elbows and powerful punches. However, Pettis appeared to receive the worst of it throughout the match up. Now the former champion has decided to take to Instagram to offer his thoughts on the recent loss.
