The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has booked the return of one of their most popular and talented female fighters. UFC bantamweight Cat Zingano has not competed inside the octagon since last year. Now it would appear that the fighter has landed her big octagon return.
“Alpha” is now booked to return to UFC action against Ketlen Vieira for UFC 222. The event goes down March 3 inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Vieira had gone on record as saying that former UFC featherweight champion Germaine de Randamie had pulled out accepting their upcoming fight, but she’ll definitely have her hands full against the former UFC bantamweight title challenger.
Zingano has put on a dominant performance in her mixed martial arts career, earning a professional record of 9-2. With wins over the likes of now reigning bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes and former champion Miesha Tate, Cat Zingano’s UFC return is sure to be fireworks.
