Back when former boxing champion Paul Malignaggi departed from UFC superstar Conor McGregor’s training camp, there was some bad blood.
Malignaggi left the camp after a series of sparring photos and videos were released to the public. The former boxing champion could be seen being allegedly dropped by Conor McGregor. However, Malignaggi quickly urged McGregor’s team to release more of the sparring footage to show fans the supposed truth of their exchange.
Now, UFC bantamweight champion Cody Garbrandt has released footage of himself knocking out former teammate T.J. Dillashaw during one of their previous sparring sessions at Team Alpha Male. Dillashaw is not happy about it.
Speaking to MMA Junkie, Dillashaw said “Yeah, tell him to keep playing the video. I get up and start going again. There was no KO like he’s been stating.”
Now Cody Garbrandt has come back with a response to Dillashaw’s claim that it wasn’t a knockout blow.
Taking to Twitter, Garbrandt said “Lmao he couldn’t even walk after that strike hit him I would of pounded his skull in.”
Lmao he couldn't even walk after that strike hit him ?? I would of pounded his skull in.

Of course, the two MMA warriors will get a chance to settle the score come Nov. 4. In the night’s co-main event, “No Love” and Dillashaw will battle it out at UFC 217 live on pay-per-view.
