Despite the conflicting reports that 2017 has been a successful year, UFC President Dana White insists it’s the best year in the history of the promotion. Fight fans will remember the great events with Conor McGregor, Brock Lesnar, and Ronda Rousey that highlighted 2016, but haven’t necessarily been treated to the same star power in 2017. Next year looks to be quite different though.
UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor will most certainly be returning to the octagon, and perhaps January 20th, 2018 at the TD Garden in Boston would be the perfect place.
The promotion announced their schedule for the first quarter of 2018 and it looks as event packed as ever.
