Urijah Faber Would Unretire For A Fight Against Former Pupil TJ Dillashaw

Former WEC featherweight champion and UFC hall-of-famer Urijah “The California” Kid Faber decided to call it a career after his dominant 2016 win over Brad Pickett.

And while Faber seems comfortable in his post-fight life, the fighter has remained in the USADA testing pool and under UFC contract, just in case.

Now, following Cody Garbrandt’s UFC 217 title loss to T.J. Dillashaw, Urijah Faber revealed to fight fans what could lure him off the sidelines.

Taking to his Metro PCS Q&A Urijah Faber stated, “I would say probably the [fight] with the most zeroes behind it, number one,. You know, I would say probably T.J. Dillashaw. That sounds like a good time.”

It would be a teammate vs. teammate/mentor vs. pupil fight for the ages.
