Nick Diaz has become a name of the mixed martial arts world. A veteran of the sport, Diaz has gone on to form a storied career in MMA. From Pride, to Strikeforce to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Diaz has faced off in arenas around the world against some of the toughest opponents the sport has to offer.
That being said, the fighter has not competed inside the octagon since 2015. Most recently, Diaz went toe-to-toe with former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva at UFC 183. Now the fighter holds a mixed martial arts record of 26 victories and nine losses.
UFC President Dana White recently came forward to reveal that he believes Nick Diaz may never fight again. Grant it, the president is still unsure if the fighter’s younger brother Nate Diaz will once again step into the octagon or not.
Speaking to MMA Weekly, as seen in the video below, White was asked if he believes Nick Diaz will ever fight again.
“I don’t know.” Dana White stated. “I don’t think Nick will. I just don’t think Nick wants to fight. Listen, only Nate and Nick know exactly what they want to do. But, I don’t know. I just don’t see it. Nick Diaz used to be a f**king beast. When Nick was in his prime, Nick would go out and fight anybody.”

Nate Diaz shocked the world when he choked out UFC superstar Conor McGregor at UFC 196. The two MMA warriors have now formed a heated rivalry, as “Notorious” earned a close decision victory over the fighter in their rematch.
Most recently, UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley offered to face off against Nate Diaz. However, the fighter has since turned down the offer due to the UFC not offering Diaz amenable compensation.
