Francis Ngannou vs. Uriah Hall Sparring Session Has Hall Shook And Running

UFC heavyweight contender Francis Ngannou is a rising star in the world of mixed martial arts. The fighter has yet to be defeated inside the octagon, with six victories under the UFC banner to his name. Overall, the talented heavyweight has earned an impressive professional record of 11-1. Now it would appear that another UFC competitor has something to say about a recent training session with the heavyweight star.

UFC middleweight Uriah Hall recently took to Instagram to share a video of himself training with Ngannou. Speaking on the experience, Hall stated:

Francis Ngannou most recently earned a brutal first round knockout victory over top division contender Alistair Overeem. Now, Ngannou is set to face off against reigning UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic for his title at UFC 220. The event goes down Jan. 20, 2018 inside the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The event will be available live on pay-per-view.
