Without any official word from the UFC, Pearl Gonzalez has been released from her contact and has signed with the popular UFC feeder organization at Invicta FC.
Pearl’s UFC career didn’t make it far. She was two in and two out, going winless in her time among the world’s elite martial artists.
The popular female fighter was made even more popular when she was nearly unable to fight in her UFC debut against Cynthia Calvillo, when the New York State Athletic Commission deemed her ineligible due to her breast implants. It was later worked out, but the damage was done and her reputation as the breast implant fighter was forever ingrained in fight fan’s minds.
Still though despite her overnight popularity, Pearl was never able to win inside the UFC’s Octagon, and as such she’s been released.
Pearl Gonzalez joins a host of new Invicta signees.
