Japanese Mixed Martial Arts icon Bob Sapp is once again outdoing himself, as the super-heavyweight fighter has agreed to take on a wild bear on New Years Eve.
Fight fans know that in Japan the festivities are always lit on New Years, and this year appears to be no different.
Bobb Sapp has fought across the globe. mostly in entertaining losing efforts. He’s most notably competed in Pride and K-1.
At one point he was a force to be reckoned with, but in the twilight of his career, the former NFL and film star has taken his fair share of losses. Sapp is best known for his memorable fights with Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and his run in the kickboxing ring. However, his most recent fights are a far cry from his height in popularity.
With news of his pending wild bear match, a trailer has been released.
