UFC superstar Ronda Rousey took over the world of mixed martial arts during her tenure with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). However, the former UFC bantamweight champion has not competed inside the octagon since suffering back-to-back losses to Holly Holm and Amanda Nunes. Now on a two fight losing streak, Rousey has not competed in mixed martial arts since 2016. Of coure, Rousey has been keeping busy in other ways.
The former UFC bantamweight champion has been negotiating with the WWE for a possible transition into the world’s most famous promotion for professional wrestling. Now a new rumor is suggesting that Ronda Rousey may soon be involved in a storyline with WWE superstar Asuka.
News source Middle Easy reported the following rumor:
“Despite reports to the contrary rumors put to Ronda Rousey signing with the WWE at the beginning of 2018. WWE creative already has brainstormed multiple story lines for the former UFC champion including a feud with current star Asuka”
Rousey has earned a professional record in mixed martial arts of 12-2. The fighter had not suffered a loss, before crossing paths with Holly Holm back in 2015. With a reputation as a brutal finisher, Rousey has yet to go the distance in her career win or lose.
