The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) was in Fresno, Calif. on Saturday, Dec. 9, for UFC Fight Night 123. There inside the Save Mart Center, the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion hosted a series of exciting match ups. With the event now in the books, the time has came to take a look at the UFC fighter payroll for the promotion’s big show in Fresno.
Bantamweight Marlon Moraes pulled away a huge sum of $146,000 for his stunning knockout over Aljamain Sterling. In the first knockout loss of his career, Sterling was left on the canvas seemingly dabbing for the camera while unconscious. Now the knockout performance appears to have earned Moraes a fight night bonus.
