Fight fans poured into the Bell MTS Place in Winnipeg, Canada on Saturday night, Dec. 16, for another outstanding night of MMA performances. This time around, the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion made its second appearance in Winnipeg for UFC on FOX 26. The night offered a fight card filled with stunning octagon performances. That being said, Josh Emmett’s big finish is getting some reactions from fighters over social media.
Team Alpha Male’s Josh Emmett stepped inside the octagon on Saturday night after earning a unanimous decision victory over Felipe Arantes. For UFC on FOX 26, the fighter faced off against the always dangerous Ricardo Lamas. Lamas attempted to go toe-to-toe with the Team Alpha Male member, but suffered a tough loss to the fighter.
Emmett shocked the Winnipeg crowd with a first round walk-off knockout over his opponent, cultivating a series of responses over the internet. Among them, many of the competitors from the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) have now decided to provided their opinions on Emmett’s big win.
