Back before the mainstream MMA fans knew who they were, “Rowdy” Bec Rawlings and Tecia Torres were in the regional promotions, making names for themselves.
Those days are long gone, as the UFC now includes women in their ranks. Torres and Rawlings were among the first female talent to enter the promotion, and ignite the all-female strawweight division.
Both entering the UFC through the historic TUF house, Bec and Tecia are everyday parts of the MMA world now. In fact, the UFC females often fight multiple times per year on the world’s biggest stage.
However, this new photo, courtesy of Bec Rawlings, reminds us just how young they started, and just how long it took them to become household names.
