UFC heavyweight Derrick Lewis decided to target fellow division competitor Francis Ngannou in his latest social media spree.
Francis Ngannou faced off for the UFC heavyweight title on Saturday night, Jan. 20. The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) was in Boston, Massachusetts for UFC 220, in which Ngannou headlined in a heavyweight war against reigning champion Stipe Miocic.
While Ngannou came into the fight as a favorite for many, the rising knockout artist suffered a rough loss to Miocic. After not being able to knock out the champion, Ngannou’s cardio could be seen faltering in the later rounds. In the end, Miocic locked in a unanimous decision victory over the fighter.
Derrick Lewis has now taken to Instagram to share a video of himself with a treadmill, joking on the seemingly faltering cardio of Francis Ngannou. Check it out in the Instagram post below:
