Bellator MMA hosted a stunning night of fights on Saturday, Jan. 20. The mixed martial arts promotion took to Inglewood, Calif. for the highly anticipated fight card of Bellator 192.
Headlining the card, former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson faced off against fellow former UFC competitor Chael Sonnen in a heavyweight war. With things having not gone Jackson’s way, the former UFC title holder has now provided a comment on his recent loss.
Jackson and Sonnen put on a three round war for division dominance, but Sonnen ultimately earned a unanimous decision victory over his opponent. Sonnen utilized his wrestling prowess to control Jackson for much of the fight.
Taking to Twitter, Jackson offered his reaction to the loss.
“Win or lose i fight like a man, love my fans that still rides with me,just know I’m still not done,i felt great in there.. i had great at cardio, but Chael fought a smart fight. But he also fought like a b**ch”
