The UFC 220 salaries are in, and the baddest man on the planet, Stipe Miocic walked away with the lions share of the UFC payouts.
UFC 220 took place on January 20, from the TD Garden in Boston. In the night’s main event, UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic broke the UFC’s heavyweight title defense record with a dominant five round win over challenger Francis Ngannou.
In the night’s co-main event, UFC light-heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier was able to put the Jon Jones saga behind him with a much needed win over title challenger Volkan Oezdemir.
The four headlining fighters brought home the bulk of the night’s UFC payouts, but it was the heavyweight champion that took home the most.
Stipe Miocic was awarded $600,000.00 for his efforts, while both Francis Ngannou and Daniel Cormier brought home $500,000.00.
The UFC light-heavyweight title challenger rounded out the top payouts with $350,000.00 for his title fight defeat.
