Ireland's "The Irish Sun" is reporting that Conor McGregor is now the holder of the UFC's largest purse in the company's history. According to the media outlet, Conor McGregor pocketed €50million ($57.5 Million U.S. Dollars), for his losing efforts against UFC lightweight world champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. In the bout, McGregor was submitted in round four with a rear-naked-choke, officially. After the fight, the now infamous UFC 229 post-fight brawl ensued. While, the Irish Sun is believed to be a reliable source for Conor McGregor news, the UFC has a strict policy against disclosing a fighter's actual pay, especially when pay-per-view percentages are in play.
