While working out hardly needs to be a spectacle, it would appear that this gym goer was looking to draw a crowd with his training session. While, the individual is now getting some attention over the internet. It is perhaps not what the man expected, as he is now being referred to as the world’s weakest puncher in history by some fight fans.

Francis Ngannou has some ridiculous punching power

UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou is a rising knockout artist in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). After laying out a number of the mixed martial arts promotion’s competitors, the UFC decided to test Ngannou’s punching strength. Visiting the UFC’s Athlete Performance Institute and using state of the art equipment, Ngannou was recorded as having the hardest punch ever recorded. Seeing what incredible feats the human body is capable of, it would appear that the gym goer in the video above may need to take some time to work on his technique before showing off for the camera.

In the video, the gym goer is given the Dragon Ball Z treatment, as the man seemingly appears to be taking his time to strike the heavy bag. Upon hitting the bag, a squeaky toy sound effect can be heard in the distance.

Fast rising heavyweight Francis Ngannou was ready to step in for Derrick Lewis and fight former UFC heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum at UFC 216.

Meanwhile, Ngannou will be going head-to-head with Stipe Miocic for the UFC heavyweight title at UFC 220. The event goes down Jan. 20 inside the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.
