Donald Cerrone Calls Out Khabib Following UFC Austin Victory, ‘I’m not scared of you!’

UFC welterweight Donald Cerrone pulled himself out of a three fight losing streak over the weekend, earning a stunning finish in the process. That being said, “Cowboy” has now decided to make a rather unexpected call out.

Donald Cerrone and Yancy Medeiros headlined the weekend’s UFC Fight Night 126 event. The exciting fight card took place Sunday night, Feb. 18, inside the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas.

Cerrone earned a crowd roaring TKO finish over his opponent in the first round, putting the fighter back inside the winning column in stunning fashion. Speaking to reporter Megan Olivi after the fight, “Cowboy” revealed that he is now interested in dropping down to the lightweight division.

Beyond that, Cerrone wants a fight with top UFC lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov.

“I want 155. I want that belt. Khabib, I’m coming. I’m not scared to fight you.” Cerrone said. For Cerrone’s full thoughts, check out the video above.
