Phil Brooks, better known by his WWE moniker CM Punk, recently decided to take a break from a life of professional wrestling to pursue a career in the sport of mixed martial arts. However, things have not quite gone the former WWE superstar’s way inside the cage.
CM Punk made his big octagon debut at UFC 203 back in 2016. The WWE star turned fighter faced off against Mickey Gall, with Gall earning a dominant finish over CM Punk early in the first round.
CM Punk has since been hard in training for his next potential match up. However, the WWE has since decided to mimic CM Pun’s devastating loss inside the ring.
In the video above, The Miz and Dolph Ziggler can be seen throwing down in a match quite similar to CM Punk’s tough loss to Mickey Gall.
